I love yall. I love Froning. I swear I'm not a troll. But we have to do better on diversity than just making about class. There are LOTS of middle and upper class non-white folks who don't feel comfortable in our space. Yes we as a community should do more in low-income communities but we can't just assume that low-income equals non-white. Diversity will come through intentional outreach, inclusion and brand storytelling.

Access to the gym and all equipment, coaching, warmup, WOD, strength, cool down, all at a monthly price so you can come as much or as little as you want. All at the price of a Daily starbucks, or Big Mac meal, or subway sandwich... etc.

As some one who is a minority and was lucky enough to afford I did enjoy it but I was the “black spot on the white puppy”. Could care less about a racist CEO but the gyms have more power then they think when it come to including EVERYONE, especially kids who are out of school and need not to get in trouble.
DO NOT let one man define this amazing community. He’s an old mind that needed to be put out to pasture and although he still owns the name CrossFit he doesn’t represent any of us that love this sport. Now I personally think he absolutely needs to sell it especially with all the additional information now coming too light on how he’s treated Affiliate owners that let’s be real have contributed huge to him becoming a millionaire and also the environment he created at HQ. I think selling it would the one massive thing that could really help this thing heal and move forward. I personally would love to see Rogue own it but who knows. I don’t mind Castro at all. I think he’s a tough but good dude that will do right by people. I also love Chyna & Tia’s approach to it instead of having the mob mentality and saying screw it but waiting to see what happens while collecting their thoughts and feelings. I do also understand people’s reasoning too leave and they have that right. I definitely love the way Chyna explained herself and how’s she’s handling the situation. Realizing that not one man defines and entire community and the people that are in it, taking time to think it through and not run on straight impulsive emotions. A lot of people are rightfully upset with things but are making decisions or demands without letting changes happen and take effect before they continue judging.....very refreshing and needed in my opinion
