I was reading through the comments and found that many are saying that cerelac is junk food..... upto a point agreed but if it is a junk food then why it's still in market? What doctors suggesting it ? Or else doctors could have suggested to avoid cerelac and give home made cerelac by watching RUclips video... it's not making sense.... I have 6months old baby...I am too looking for recommendation of what to give what not. On top of that working woman and my job is 12 to 13hrs from home, it's difficult to take care of baby, work and then food so I was thinking to give her one time cerelac and second time home made food... but comments are really putting me into 😟 what to do?
