Also, after rewatching the clip, it seems like he was most likely cheating. He was already looking directly at him when the killcam starts, and the sniper hadn't shot at him yet, so unless the sniper live pinged him, waited a few seconds, then shot he probably was cheating.

You get a ridiculously tight spread even while moving.

I was using the throwing stars. These are a two-hit kill unless you get a headshot.

@@Dragosmom. Hmm they're all pretty similar across games but I'd say Modern Warfare 2 (2009). They were slower and there was no perk to throw them any faster.
