Carnivores clash for the top spot in the frozen tundras of the Paleo ARK! As a new species of large theropod continues to disrupt the balance of nature, a pack of direwolves lead by a female named Metis are forced to confront a small yet-deadly trio of carnivorous dinosaurs.

It is a story that is at the same time beautiful, tragic and dramatic but which ends with a heartwarming end.
But it's literally a mix of Primal and Ice Age.

That was beautiful. And lemme just say, the Cryo's were amazing/terrifying. They actually made me jump a bit when they knocked out the wolf.

Just amazing. The tie-ins of the mammoth and Yellowjacket, the sacrifice, the cinematography and the fact we got a preview of the Leviatan. Loved it!
The mammoth's name is Magnus
Woolly Sauropods look so cool. I love how lively these videos make Ark apear. That is something the game has lacked in my opinion. Everything is just walking around in a location and are very expendable since they get killed all the time.
They have feathers on them, just like Yutyrannus. But yeah, agreed.
@@benceveber3927 You are correct I was using woolly as a description for the skin convering which is made of feathers so woolly isn’t the correct term but it is often used when describing winter animals so I just used it.

it's really very emotional, seeing the wolf pack getting less and less due to predators... making them extinct, behind that this work is really amazing after a long time not seeing the paleo ark series it feels nostalgic and also the way you and your team make the film is very skillful from the camera point of view and the vibration in this camera is really amazing really amazing work

gotcha say the scene with the dire wolves meeting the mamoth, an creature that is so large and imtimedating that they cant even imagne taking that down. and then have that gaint see the corpse of a creature that even laying down still is taller than it, taken down and now a feast for all carnivores. was amazing and bautifull plus i cant recall seeing a braci with fur, is that a variant that i missed or?

The sheer level of detail put into these videos never ceases to amaze me, even down to the very discreet things that normally people wouldn't care about. For example the use of "barks" in the direwolves actually are "barks" used by real life wolves. Because wolves in real life don't actually bark in the same manner as a dog, instead they give off those whuffing "uff! Uff uff!" sounds you hear used in the video, which is something that wasn't necessary and I can guarantee nobody would normally care about, but was added in regardless. That's what I appreciate so much about the works done by this channel.
Thanks! I did do a little research into wolf behavior here and there. I took liberties for the sake of the story, but I tried my best to find a middle ground for everyone to enjoy.
The animals on this ARK are alot more intelligent than normal animals too :D

I think it would of helped if we saw the wolves witnessing the Livyaten attacking penguins on the ice so that we could see that they knew it would do the same to the cryo. As is, it just seems like they knew without any evidence that it would behave in such a way. Other than that no real issues. Beautiful and I'm glad the lone wolf found a new pack mate.
Unrealistic but when the last wolve was standing at the shore and started walking away I hoped that the other wolve came to the surface
This was amazing, I hope the spotted wolf will find peace, and continue his journey.

Honestly I can’t wait to see what comes next from our favourite octopus in an old school diving outfit! The PCU is really shaping up to something with so many amazing intertwined stories, and I can’t wait to see more of the interactions of its many inhabitants!

My words for this masterpiece,my heart where its breaking.
The wolf pack was dying each time because of invasive species,the moment that I saw that familiar black mammoth,I can see he's depressed for his dead pregnant mate.The moment when the wolf sacrificed its life to the other one just so it can live another life.
The ending is really interesting the man that killed a mammoth is thinking of what he should do next,then
I might think this will be another Christmas masterpiece.
