I was about to say the same! I was just hoping the cut would continue and gladly it did 😊. It really gave better picture of the whole climb and all the moves. Please do more of these!
That slow motion at the start was amazing. It really showcased all the little movements they were making, how accurate they are, and the effort that goes into every move.
Matilda was in our climbing gym like a month ago for a couple of days, was really cool seeing her climb irl! Such an incredibly strong and impressive climber!

At 4:00 Matilda grabs the rightmost hold and, from there, goes to the left hold and then finishes the problem. Fredrik seems to skip that rightmost hold and go straight for the left hold, which seems a hell harder than Matilda's beta. Awesome video btw, the slow mo was sick at the beginning!
Shocked how effortless she makes it look even just pulling on the wall. Emil for example and you for that matter pull right on, but Matilda almost looks like she is floating up to the holds. I also noticed that she goes out far right first before going to the one Fredrik kept coming off of. maybe he should try that beta

Matilda's like a gazelle on the wall while Fredrik's moves remind a bit of a pounce (like a tiger 😉) on each hold, the precision of both is remarkable! The hushed original background sounds during Fredrik's and Matilda's slow-mos at the beginning combined with the gentle music gave extra goosebumps ;)

I really liked the first sequence by Fredrik (sound and video), gave me an LT11 vibe, like when they did the slow-mo highlights of the World Cup in Vale, CO. I personally like that kind of stuff. Fun video!
Eric you filming is excellent! Technically and artistically. You are a great movie maker. That 8B+ low start makes it a whole different boulder - much harder so that by the time Fred gets to his high point he is physically pumped
I loved the ending. The extra few seconds of a climbing (fall). This surprised me a lot in a very positive way. (Sort of got used to the quick cut off yours)
Fredrik should try on this boulder the same beta as Matilda, which is first grabbing the higher right hold before committing to this left hold he was failing on
@@EricKarlsson Thought so.... I guess he could try to be somehow with the body a bit more to the right to make the hold he falls from a bit more positive. Something in the line of putting the left foot somewhere else or put more weight on it to compensate the lack of good positioning with the upperbody.

Random question. A lot of your crew (and you?) wear Mad Rock Drones. How do you like them and how do you size them? (say for someone who is 45 street and would wear Skwama in say 42.5). Any difference between old and new black version?
Matilda has a completly different beta foe that hard crimp move at the end which is going out to the right and steping up higher so that she is not thats stretched....
What’s the reason Fred didn’t try Metilda’s beta at the top? She first grabbed the right hold instead of the left hold which is where Fred fell 3 times.
