That is a really interesting and creative way to avoid the difficult battles in the endings, when did you realise you could do that?
Only recently found out it was possible in my run where I beat Fallout 4 using only the assaultron head lol
he even played the order 66 theme and everything

I think it would be interesting to do a run for each special stat. S.P.E.C.I.A.L.ist runs if you will.
E.g. for strength:
Only put points into strength perks, while having 1 in every other stat.
Would just be fun to see the strength of each stat when isolated, and they would make for very different playthroughs each time.
I mean, maybe? I feel like you'd be hard carried by power armor for every build except endurance due to the incredibly low health pool. Strength will suffer due to mobility and range issues, agility and intelligence will be stealth snipers, charisma is a pacifist run, and perception? I don't even know what perception can even do?

@@Dutchy4564 ??? I just said what I said because when you isolate stats you lose access to a lot of perks that improve your odds in the game. Without strength, agility, perception, or intelligence you lose acces to the perks that let you increase weapon damage either by direct percentages or via weapon bench upgrades. Without endurance you'll take a lot more damage from everything (and power armor makes up for a lacking defence by quite a bit ). Finally charisma is the most ignorable stat, most only ever put it up to 3 for the lone wanderer perk and most people conciously ignore charisma because they don't want to talk their way past every major fight.

Someone actually did do a run similar to this in NV. Many a True Nerd did the "Worst Courier Ever" challenge where he lowered all of his SPECIALs to 1 and all of his skills to the minimum they can be and played the entire game like that, including doing Lonesome Road as an extra challenge.
So it *is* doable, but I'd like to see a Nerbit version, plus a bonus challenge of you doing all of the DLC just to see how rough it would be.
Been watching your vids for about half a year now and I gotta say, this is some of the best content I have ever seen on RUclips, hands down. I’ve never come across another creator who is able to write video scripts the way you do and your videos bring me endless laughs on even the worst of days. Can you beat Skyrim as a true craftsman? The only things you can pick up are a pickaxe, woodcutters axe, and a fishing rod. Everything else must be gathered as raw materials and crafted before use. That means hunting to get leather and mining to get ore in order to make weapons and armor, and gathering ingredients and food to make potions
Can you Skyrim as Minecraft
Synths being weak to energy weapons makes perfect sense, the institute uses energy weapons exclusively, meaning that if a synth were to ever need to be put down, it could be done effectively. Conversely, how often to non Brotherhood members use energy weapons in the Commonwealth? The Brotherhood only recently arrived in large enough numbers to pose a threat, it was likely not worth the materials for shielding against them.
I was literally thinking of this kind of run earlier today and here you are making it happen.
Hell yeah, I'd love to see this concept played for fallout 3 and fallout new vegas! Or even just only being able to take perks that *directly* affect skills (or directly affect things that directly affect skills) and nothing else.
Challenge Idea:
Can you be FNV as Rorschach from Watchmen
-Can only use your fist
-Must only be able to us the Generals Uniform from Lonesome Road,and appropriate clothes
-You must kill all evil characters and cannot kill people who cannonacly have children
-Side with NCR
-Kill House
-You can never compremise,so you can never do anything morally wrong and must kill criminals no matter if the crime was right or not
-Kill or at least never help prostitutes,gamblers,or addicts.

10mm pistol is op if you hit headshots. And with how accurate it is outside of Vats, that's all up to skill.
For another trip at this. One can buy or loot weapons with higher level mods, take them off, and put them onto your gun for free

What you really need for some outrageous fun is a Gatling Laser with the legendary effect Never Ending. It gives you infinite ammo so you never have to stop holding down the trigger.
Idea:
Can you beat Fallout (X) as The Mysterious Stranger?
-.44 Magnum only
-Never start a fight, always finish them.
-Avoid giving away anything about yourself wherever possible
-Limited to an appropriately Stranger-ish costume
-No Speech Skills (The Stranger doesn't talk, and he was a deadbeat dad)
-VATS only, since he only appears in VATS.
Probably not a hugely difficult challenge, depending on which fallout you use, but I thought it could be fun?

not sure if you have done this one before but "can you beat fallout 4 beeing a powerarmour wearing boxer?" (allowed to use the power armour, have to either use your fist or the power armours fist for the entire run, no knifes, gun bashing etc) oh and to make it a little more "fun" all the DLCs. (You would be allowed to use the water pistol during that one fight at the start of the nukaworld dlc, considering it is not technicly damaging the opponent, and i think you are forced to use it)

Just a heads up for future runs theres a hidden fusion core in the sewer by some vertical running pipes on the floor on the side with the mirelurks ((not the molerat side)) ((i always grab it when doing a powerarmor run
Combat shotgun is the most reliable weapon, in my opinion. Shotguns, grenades, and movespeed is my favorite build for any game that allows it

Here’s an idea for you.
Can you beat FO4 as Wolverine?
Using the Weapon X mod, you can only use your claws in-combat.
You also can only wear outfits including tank tops or leather jackets (seeing as Logan’s uniform isn’t in the game, this is the next best thing).
From there it’s just about RPing as the one who’s the best there is at what he does.
16:00 While an epic choice there, I can't help but think of Dante's drop off a building early into Shin Megami Tensei III.
Mostly because of the music, but also when you drop off the same building, you're left with 1HP. Dante fights you after his drop and it's a battle that can easily kill a new player.

Can you beat FO4 as a member of the Minutemen? Can only use a Laser Musket and Minutemen clothes. Must take every settlement, clear out the Gunners in Quincy, and put down the raiders in Nuka World as they are a potential threat to the Commonwealth.

Idea: do a perma death mod that uses hard-core mods, hard core mode, all stats at 1, no leveling up, 1 HP, and the mod that changes every static object into a car. ( We all know how deadly cars a in Fallout 4, but this time they can fully use their buggy powers)

I never take gun nut. You can just buy or find a gun with mods you want and rip em out. Makes vendors and trading more interesting.

There's a recharger rifle mod for fallout 4, so you could do a sequel to your recharger rifle only run in new vegas.

Can you beat fable without spending any money so basically you can use any weapons you can find in silver chests or quests rewards but no skorm’s bow or sword of aeons this is a challenge run after all

Also if you do this for the other fable games the wraith marsh and west cliff demon doors in fable 2 will give you legendary weapons to use the west cliff one being a mace with a flame augment and does 67 damage and the wraith marsh giving you a turret rifle that does 81 damage and let’s you take less damage but scar more easily and let’s you gain more experience each fight

I still have yet to figure a DLC I would rush that is well over your level in FO4 like I have/do in FO NV.. Old World Blues is my fav DLC to start FONV with.. With FO4 I have been debating if I should try Nuka World or Far Harbor as a DLC I try to get to at the start of the game.. Any suggestions? I half thought trying out the Vault DLC but its not something that has a lot of combat really besides the bandits outside and the enemys inside the vault.. Currently I am leaning on Nuka World but realize that if you want to keep Minuet Men a possibility you will need to use a console command or make a mod that does that console command at a specific point in the story for Nuka World.. ( You know, since you destroy your faction with the Minuet Men if you capture just one place for any of the Raider factions. )

your main form of attack will be unarmed, and no stealth
The idea of stealth is out of the picture.
you can use any melee weapon if it appeared in some way in yakuza, so poles, knives, swords, and knuckle dusters. If anyone has any more to say.
You can also use guns, however, you can only reload them at repair stations or with weapon repair kits. However you can carry multiple of the same weapon, so say 15 9mm pistols.
However, this rule doesn't apply to any weapons with gold coloring on them, use them to your heart's content. If a game doesn't have a durability system just upgrade your weapon every few fights.
Another thing, you can only carry up to 20 healing items.

You could have got the non-S.P.E.C.I.A.L bobbleheads as they dont give skill or S.P.E.C.I.A.L bonuses.

Pretty sure you can stop yourself from levelling up, ItsJabo did a perm level 1 and no stat run and he was able to make himself get no XP.

Fallout 4 is a strange game. It is by no means difficult. You don't play it for difficulty or challenge. But strangely, being unchallenging does not really make the game bad.
I think, looting is what drives the gameplay the most, probably? That or the story. Or the atmosphere. Maybe, it's just me, though...
