I personally liked the proper management and training staff back in FIFA 10. You had to purchase upgrades for them out if your transfer budget and it gave you better scouting to attract better players, better recovery time with an upgraded medical staff, and better player growth with better coaches. And player growth was actually done right, it was based off of good play and match ratings rather than number of games played. It didn't force you into playing a 59 rated youth player every match to avoid their potential tanking. You could rotate them in and if they played well, they grew.
In my opinion I like playing Volta I been playing that a lot on kick off and the mode in my opinion it’s cooler than regular soccer/football because it’s smaller and quicker

The whole manager awards system ( I went 3 seasons champion with Dortmund with 1 season invincable with all wins, 2 trebles 1 double, not 1 manager of the month!) needs sorting, job offers or lack of. Manager movements, more irl managers, even out of job ones such as big Sam, Graham potter etc. realistic ai transfers, fed up of seeing crystal palace, Fulham, Brentford offering 80mil + for players. Players prices reduced when teams drop to lower tiers, more commentators, specific to each competition at the very least! Need I go on 😂

staff upgrades were a W, imagine it was kept in the game this whole time and was actually improved upon...
