I like how Sean mimics his guest when they drink milk, water or eat something to help with the heat knowing damn well he doesn’t feel a thing. Kindest man on YT
Building a rapport with his guest. It makes them feel connected on an unconscious level. Or that’s what it’s supposed to be, they aren’t supposed to know that you’re mimicking them
To be honest i dnt think he eats them. Think about it, he probably has to do multiple interviews a day, weekly, it will be really unhealthy for him to eat every time (sorry i know ur comment is to an old video hah) 💕
@@EspinalGabriela he does eat each wing. On the last wing he does a dab. Pours a lil bit of the sauce to the wing. It just that, he's been doing it for sooo long your body gets used to it.
The nice thing about this new rise of latin artists is they really are a "gang", in the best way. They don't just pay lip service with that latino gang stuff, they don't just try and compete against one another, they raise each other up and collaborate a lot. He has a lot of bops of his own, but also check out his collabs with Bad Bunny, like Si tu novio te deja sola, or the whole Oasis album they did together. Not a dull moment. His collabs with Rosalia, who is another amazing artist to discover, from Barcelona, are also noteworthy. Their song Brillo is a whole mood, if not as widely known as Con Altura. Fun fact, Brillo came out just a few days before Malamente, which was the hit that propulsed Rosalia to the heights that she is on now, performing on SNL and winning awards left and right. He got on that train early! I like to think his song Rosa is inspired by her. :P

Holy moley! This MAN put more hot sauce on every single wing than anyone ever on this show. And he fully stripped the wings. Straight up, the GOAT of First We Feast...for now.
Not trying to diminish Balvin or Sean, but the wings weren't tossed in the sauces, they were dry, then they put a little of the sauce on each one. It is so much less hot than tossing them in the sauce. How do I know? I bought the sauces and tried them myself. I died when I tossed mine, I was survived when only sprinkling the sauces on the wings.
He was good, but definitely not the GOAT of First We Feast. It's probably between Paul Rudd and Shia LaBeouf. They were on the show when they coated them, added more and cleaned em(finished in Paul Rudds case because he was eating fried cauliflower). Halle Berry gets an honorable mention for cleaning coated wings and going for the last dab. Kevin James put a lot on them, too.

One of the top 10 biggest selling artist on the planet historically and one of the two biggest Colombian artists (#1 Shakira, #2 J Balvin). He is the king of modern reggaeton; music genre that he redefined and catapulted into the worldwide spectrum. He is truly the nicest guy on the planet. He is also very down to earth, he walks about the streets of Colombia and in the states (he resides in both countries) like any of us would. He takes the subway, does his grocery; he keeps it real. A true humble, genuinely sweet man. A true legend.
I love when Sean sympathizes with the guests by pretending to be affected by the hot sauces. Like he'll wince but there are no tears or sweat and you know he can't feel the heat anymore.
Yeah I also notices sometimes he drinks when the guest drinks. I saw that he drank water when J Balvin drank. But I do think Sean doesn’t feel the heat as intensely as the guests do. Sean is a great host though. Love Hot Ones

Theyve been friends since like 2nd grade.
I had no idea who J Balvin was before this episode. But mad respect. He is one of the most genuine people. You don't have to know him to see it. Great interview. Fantastic guest!
Same. Glad I caught this episode.
Me neither. He's got a noticeable level of charisma though to be sure. Plus he somehow manages to maintain good humour even when he's in pain from Da' Bomb. Good guest.
DITTO, MAD RESPECT
Hot wings and even hotter guest 🤪
He is really one of the most humble super stars in this world. He has been open with his battle of depression and is quite the role model.
What I love about Hot Ones is that some of the people they have I don't know who they are, but by the time the episode is over, you feel like you know that person your whole life. Sean is just that good of an interviewer. J Balvin just got a new fan.
Also, the the very end had me laughing so hard.
Never heard of him, but out of respect for his hustle, humility, and his obvious intelligence I'll go give his Music a wheel or two.
Regardless of his music... he is a great guy!
He has mad talent for sure
listen to que pena and que pretendes those are collabs he did with other amazing artist
I suggest the colores album

Holy moley! This MAN put more hot sauce on every single wing than anyone ever on this show. And he fully stripped the wings. Straight up, the GOAT of First We Feast...for now.
💯 agree. He was going at it.
@@jxslayz6663 I don't think any are tossed in this series.
@@noeschmoe9927 I've noticed that. I think its up to the person being interviewed how they want the wings.
J balvin should host a Hot Ones episode. He's so chill and radiating
Totally Agree. If you ever do a guest host / dual host I would be all in for that episode with J Balvin in the mix.

Im in the same boat. This was one of my favorite episodes by far. Mad props to J Balvin.
