I can understand not wanting to go out when it is cold out. I feel that way sometimes. I don't like putting on all the clothes necessary to stay warm. But when I do go out, I usually get in a better mood.
I live in Canada and I hate the cold months too. I try to find indoor things I enjoy doing and remind myself that it’s a good time of year to work on projects, organize spaces, etc. I also have a treadmill that folds up so that I can still walk when it’s too cold or too icy to get outside.
I don't know how effective they are, but I've heard of people doing light therapy to lift their mood when they're inside too much. I've heard good things about them
Someone with dsi (skin condition) it feels very relaxing especially inside the elbows part and wrist vein part and hands both inside and out feels extra good to me it maybe weird but its me but with my skin condition it feels very good😎🍻🤘🏻but disclaimer there is twofolds of dsi skin condition theres feeling of extra pain and no pain at all in my case i feel pain more than an average person😵💫
Life with dsi can be difficult came from a loving and caring family but was heavily made fun of in school and teachers were losing their cool with me it took on a toll on me growing up🥺
Thanks but i read somewhere that these kind of things help make people relax and happy and i can see why need more people like you in the world for these kind of things it actually means something to someone or people than many may think or believe😎
sorry to hear that in your case and in that city, the situation is the same. being away during the whole day, long dark cold season is very depressive. in my case, the basic problems are always present but both the long dark weather and the summer heat are very annoying, less and less pleasant weather during a year. i don't even know where in europe can one found pleasant weather during the whole year....i should say something positive and cheerful but i really cannot nowadays, sorry about that spring is coming, maybe it is good. very pleasant video again, you will reach 3k in not time, congrats!
it is just natural, even if i don't really see any light for myself, i almost always advice others to be more optimistic! not easy but that's the only way.@@ElisaWhispersASMR
I live through long winter months, but maybe an active dog, fish oil pills, vitamins, and a sun lamp can help! Make sure to treat yourself extra often and check in with loved ones! Darkness is tough and can take away many people.
Thank you 🙏 it’s really difficult to deal with me when I’m sad because when I’m sad I react with anger and so I usually don’t ask help to my love ones because I’m afraid to hurt them. But I’m working on it 🙏🙏🙏 thank you again for understanding 🩷
The cold sucks you not missing out im proud to hate and not embrace the cold weather it hurts my neck shoulders back and yes my achillies tendon back of my feet and im only 34 lousy years old not even old age😅🙄

Maybe wrist or perhaps hands tracing be cool too but its up to you
