    Its not just daily calories you have to track but your weekly intake too. That one meal is over your whole weeks calories. I wouldn't take diet advice from maddy lol

    SUGAR SPIKES jjab hoga tab pata chalega OMAD karke koi fayda nhi.. my dad is doctor i showed him he said .. Sugar spike hoga aur sara food FAT form me store hoga...logo ko GALAT SUGGESTION DENA BAND KARO .. wait for NEXT 10 YEARS...TOO MUCH RICE

RICE Khao ya na Khao .. but MADDY excess khati hai so hobe ka chance bahut zyada hota hai and OMAD karti hai to sudden sugar RUSH hoga.. which may lead to diabetes in future

    Alongside with OMAD, a calorie deficit diet is compulsory. It's pointless for you to be on OMAD if you're eating excessive amounts of food as your one meal. If you have a dietitian, then I believe, you need a new and better dietitian who'll guide you better.

    23 hours fasting and 1 hour daba ke khana.... naahhh..... that's not right sister....
    If you eat everything in one hour then it's no point of fasting. You won't loose weight that way.

      hm, i can agree with u on that, but hopefully she also sees her health well too, although she is doing the omad diet and is her income, she does need a break tho to go deeper into taking serious care her health too, as mukbang r her only income, she needs to be healthy to do more, even though its been 7 years of her doing mukbangs, u never know what could go wrong.

    Bhot saalo se ye diet krne k baad v you are obese. This means omad is not working for you clearly. And any diet will work if u eat in moderation. Ye 10 pariwar ka sara khana koi bhi fasting se balance out nhi hone wala.

    23 ya 16 hours ka fast karo, aur jo time khane ka hota hai, usme itna jyada khana khane se gas aur acidity hoti to hai hi, aur weight loss me koi fark nahi padega 😌

    Have you ever wondered that you can just eat less in mukbang? People will still watch it. Eat 2/3 items and that’s enough. Everyone else does that. Don’t make excuses that you can’t help but eat so much for your channel when it’s fully possible to run your channel and cut off significant portions.

    Maddy ya jo ap OMAD diet karti ho, As a muslim hum RAMZAN ka month ma 30 days karta hain every year so muslim ka liya ya diet I dont think so mushkil hogi and ramzan ma hum 7:00 hi khana khata hain .

      You'd die by 30s if you consider taking "diet" plans from such channels. Clearly she is eating herself to death, OMADs dont consist of stuffing yourself up and fasting for the rest, youre not under a calorie deficit.
