    Its not just daily calories you have to track but your weekly intake too. That one meal is over your whole weeks calories. I wouldn't take diet advice from maddy lol

    Alongside with OMAD, a calorie deficit diet is compulsory. It's pointless for you to be on OMAD if you're eating excessive amounts of food as your one meal. If you have a dietitian, then I believe, you need a new and better dietitian who'll guide you better.

      hm, i can agree with u on that, but hopefully she also sees her health well too, although she is doing the omad diet and is her income, she does need a break tho to go deeper into taking serious care her health too, as mukbang r her only income, she needs to be healthy to do more, even though its been 7 years of her doing mukbangs, u never know what could go wrong.

RICE Khao ya na Khao .. but MADDY excess khati hai so hobe ka chance bahut zyada hota hai and OMAD karti hai to sudden sugar RUSH hoga.. which may lead to diabetes in future

    I respect her choice of doing OMAD lifestyle and her way of doing it.
    Just for any viewer out there, who is doing or considering OMAD diet, please note that, it is suggested to consume fibre and protein as the source of food.
    Consuming huge amount of carbs(include starchy veggies) after fasting, would only lead to huge spikes on your blood sugar. In a long term period it would lead to insulin resistance and lead to diabetes.

    If you eat everything in one hour then it's no point of fasting. You won't loose weight that way.

    23 ya 16 hours ka fast karo, aur jo time khane ka hota hai, usme itna jyada khana khane se gas aur acidity hoti to hai hi, aur weight loss me koi fark nahi padega 😌

      You'd die by 30s if you consider taking "diet" plans from such channels. Clearly she is eating herself to death, OMADs dont consist of stuffing yourself up and fasting for the rest, youre not under a calorie deficit.
