Killing a Cheater - Escape From Tarkov

Full portion of a Streets of Tarkov raid encountering what appears to almost certainly be a Cheater on Escape From Tarkov. All I can say on how I was able to actually get him, is maybe he was trying to turn a cheat on at the time I shot him as you can see in the video he didnt react to me at all as if there was a malfunction with his PC.
