You're right that there's no actual governing principle in the way the universe operates that mandates everyone has stuff happen to them similar to what they made happen to others. That's nonsense. But there is some credence to the principle of your own responsibility for what happens to you -- asking for trouble, so to speak. In extreme cases is can even be understood as, "it takes two to form a murder," that even people who might be labeled as victims could not possibly be a victim of what happened to them if they didn't make the choices to be where they ended up, y'know?

After my combat tour in Vietnam, I had to have several operations in the States, so I was assigned to a DOD installation near my home town (about 50 miles away). At this base in Michigan, we had a EOD Unit (Bomb squad) and that unit supported the military, but also was on call for local and even state police. They had a 1976 Dodge van painted green with a small sign on the bumper "warning explosives" ... but on the roof was a large white lettering for the police helicopters to be able to see it in traffic. The EOD team got a call about a Detroit Bank, that had a bomb in the lobby. The guys went there, and were parked downtown on the side, it seems some civilians got angry and blocked the van in with their 3 cars and walked away. EOD called the base, and we sent our a "Tank Retriever" & 2 mechanics, the retriever had a boom on it. The GI's picked up 2 of the 3 cars and deposited them on the street after which, the Detroit police towed them away. That view 3 minutes into the video reminded me of it... says it all; "Don't mess with 19 to 20 year old GI Mechanics ... LOL
@@RedPanda74 nope, the first truck had nothing, and was missing the rear wheels. the red car had the air freshener on the mirror and possibly a sunshade in the back glass and that was all. sorry there was nothing personal, and i have hauled off a couple of cars i filled with other junk, so its not a clear indicator.

The car 3:20 didn't become scrap because it parked wrongly. They took it away because it was already basically scrap, you can see its back tires are missing. Some people just park an unregistered car for a long time and the city removes it, or they sell it for scrap.
This might also be the only way this city has the ability to deal with cars that can't be towed easily to try and prevent any further damage to the streets or tow equipment since it didn't have rear tires.
A lot of people are complaining but I enjoyed it because I never seen none of these clips except one. Maybe they need to find something else to do instead of complaining about your clips.. like you making them watch??? When I'm tired of something I move on., like they need to👍🏽✌🏽

the cars that are being loaded on to the scrap trucks, are not illegally parked, the owners are scrapping them because they dont run anymore
