I had the Scalextric JPS along with a Tyrrell 007 and a March Ford from Scalextric as some of my first 'new' slot cars as a 13 year old. This one is on a whole new level of detail and craftsmanship. An absolute classic in my book.
Great news , with some awesome cars , better start saving my penny's the wallets gonna take a hammering in the near future , loving the show and all you do Dave .
Love the Lotus now if only someone would do the Shadow DN5 m Penske PC1 and Parnelli VP4 The Holy trinity of US F1 teams and cars from 1975. I love the tall airbox era of F1 most beautiful cars ever raced in F1 IMO
@@SlotCarNewsOfficial No, I was just repeating for emphasis. Like when Homer says "doughnuts...". Really love that JPS livery. BTW on you advice, I got the two Race Track Scenics kits. The Laguna foot bridge and the Watkins Glen flag gantry. Great kits.

As always, great stuff, Dave! Impeccably delivered, as only Dave seems to be able to do. Thanks!
A GF had a red 240 SX coupe (a little newer than the Avant Slot). Fast and fun! The car that is.
New game: when Dave says “and there you go”, take a shot of your favorite adult beverage.

Hi Dave. That Lotus 72 JPS is a definite must have! Any details on when Policar is releasing the Yardley BRM?
I'm sorry no info about that car yet. They havent update info on their business website yet so i think it's coming but not for another few months.
The later JPS lotus cars, 1974 on changed from gold to a mustard colour to show up better on TV and in photos
I had read somewhere that Chapman, who was notoriously cheap, went with the “biscuit” accent color because it was less expensive than gold.
Hi Dave!!
Thank you Dave. Also will Carrera and or SCX compact release a 1/43 version of the CR.8? Thank you in advance Dave.
I haven’t heard but I can’t imagine they won’t do it!
