I think its a universal sentiment for Carlton fans to say Stephen Silvagni was not only one of us but that the club was enriched by his presence.

He sounds like Don Walker from Cold Chisel .

Bulk of his 17 year career? Who else did he play for?

It's implying that he didn't always play fullback/didn't always play on great forwards

Why go on Open Mike if you refuse to answer questions

  • @patricksobb

This guy should be a politician the way he dodges questions and refuses to answer. “At the end of the day” “We did what the club asked us to do” “There’s no point in discussing it now”. Pathetic. If you won’t answer questions, don’t come on the show

I disagree, because you can draw inferences from what he doesn't say.
You're right that it's frustrating to listen to.

Definitely not the best Full Back of the Century. That Accolade goes 2 Dustin Fletcher .
Surprised Mike that u didn't ask him about his wife's really colourfull language on the Basket Ball or Netball Court 🤔
    Apparently it's an Ear 👂 Opener 😅

Fletcher was very good, but he was a league behind Dench, SOS and Scarlett.

Scraping the bottom of the barrel. Met him down in Hobart in 2015 at the Salamanca markets at a local cafe. Tried to cut the line in front of me. Total flog.

There was a line at our footy club that led to your mum

Christ, there must have been a lot of AFL figures in that line. Must’ve been a mile long. Idiot

I remember you at the Dandy market in 2011 when the cops booked you for tuggin your widgy in public, then I boned ya mum behind the chicken shack. I was scraping the bottom of the barrel that day.
