    Mam please please have a look on my comment.... In the very first you said that x is a edg but in the ncert it's clearly mentioned that it is an e- withdrawing group in the amines ch page 399 last and in one of the examples also in haloalknes its mentioned that -I of halides is greater than +R

    In AgCN It forms RNC as AgCn is predominantly covalent and N has free electrons to donate and form covalent bonds while KCN is ionic so it forms RCN

    Really good content, i personally as a JEE aspirant has only solved MCQ based questions last 2 years in which critical point remembering is more required than a more reasoning based concept learning, i find these 4 reasoning videos as goldmines as they all help us exactly to understand how we're supposed to "explain" in the board exam. While we are very crystal clear on concepts, i personally get confused alot as to how much am i supposed to explain.

    mam should we write that the bp of dihalobenzenes is nearly the same or that ortho has the highest? the textbook mentions them being similar but the values are given too

    Ma'am at 12:03 can we first convert ROH to RCl by using SOCl2 and then use NaI in presence of acetone to covert it to iodide?

    Mam it is said that halogen group on a benzene is EWG.. because generally +R > -I but halogens are exceptional cases.. they tend to withdraw electrons more. Kindly check.🙏
