@Bitteulze I wanted to know myself. According to IMDB, his name is Marcel Hillaire. Because he's called "Fritz" in the movie (and with his German accent), I first thought he might actually be Fritz Lang - that would have been cool.
I knew I recognized that Fritz guy at the end. He was the French waited in the Twilight Zone episode about the camera that takes pictures of events right before they happen.
