In this vlog I give you a little life update, I take you on a shoot, a night out with my father and a sunday pilates morning in a new pilates studio here in Paris!

I’m a recent subscriber but have to say I so look forward to watching every week as you are so incredibly positive. I’m in my 40s so older than you 😅, but to hear you say that you coming home on time to see the leak before it got any worse is the universe on your side is just an epiphany of how mindset really is the key to a happier life, I applaud you Karen! I had a number of big leaks in my apartment over 3 years which really broke my spirit after a while. Also you are really influencing me to buy everything you show as you have great taste! ❤

I recently learned that you should always whisk matcha with a bamboo whisk because metal can bind to the antioxidants so you get less antioxidants in your tea. Love your vlogs as always!
