Eric Ahn Facts, in five to ten year time the CPL will be par with MLS, you have CPL team already play with Central America teams and Caribbean teams in the Concacaf League, Concacaf equivalent of the Europa cup, I believe ForgeFc was one of the team that play it the competition and did damn for a new club in a new league, so it just that everything boils down the talent and level a play and I think 🤔 if the CPL will be better than the MLS it’s a matter with once they start to push the league more promoting the league get more building stadiums for the clubs, and remember the MLS did get where they at over night it take the MLS 15year in because they really start real growth and with the addition of David Beckham the League the just keep grown at rate until what it is now, so the CPL can look at the MLS blue print and make there league even batter they don’t of do like the as far as Sign big name they just of to sign soild player like I said necessarily like Messi just soild player from South America France The rest a Europe Asia and Africa and US that it

I'm truly happy for those travelling Cavalry fans. There were a good hundred or so of them at the stadium having a whale of a time. It just pains me to see the Whitecaps fall so low. That's not to say Cavalry didn't play well; they certainly took their chances and played a really solid 2-legged series. The Whitecaps really need to take a look in the mirror and decide if they want to seriously compete at ANY level at this point. This attitude of complacency and mediocrity starts right at the top: Kerfoot, Lenarduzzi, Lewis, Anderson.

@@bobmuller8256 the amount of money mls teams spend on designated players and stadiums it will take 20 plus years for cpl to catch up with that but canada can do a better job than mls at producing homegrown talent like the dutch league or mexican league and if we get relegation that's also a bonus! MLS is a good league with good players but I think they should get relegation with all the teams they have now and spend more of the money on younger players instead of Europeans in early 30's ,and should be a rule were atleast 6 or 7 americans have to play in mls games so you get better development...but yes canada and usa are great countries and neighbors 👍🇨🇦🇺🇸

I notice the Concacaf league only had one team from the CPL I thing they was supposed get 2 team in the tournament, probably next year they get 3 the CPL champions, with the Canadian cup champions and probably the runner up in CPL

A little late, but the league is mainly to help get Canadian players into the spotlight and higher leagues, so far Calvary has been the best by far at getting youg Canadians and other players into higher leagues in Europe and the MLS, but they are pretty strict on how many non Canadians can be on a team, I believe it's 7, and only 3 can start.

Bruh it sucks to see an mls team losing to a much lower league that doesn’t know how to play soccer. So yeah so let’s say Erik Godoys chance from a corner right?. He could’ve easily tuck that in and I’m sure so can ardaiz. To be honest ardaiz has been irrelevant for the 2019 season and that’s why the whitecaps decided to sell him because he was 🗑. So was pc I mean he got a really good chance versus LAFC. But you gotta give credit to inbeom for finishing that, I’m sure ardaiz and pc are doing great in their old teams currently like right now

No CPL can keep the game within 3 goals against LAFC A team or Atlanta United A team. Or what about Zlatan and his LA Galaxy. What about next year Inter Miami. CPL has a long way to go.
