There are way more buffers in the game. For example Shakir provides 27 (might be wrong) attack buff with his ex weapon as well as good dmg reduction, Lyka and Parissa buff auto's as far as I know, Koko has an attack, lifesteal and deffense buff + enemy debuff so there is always more. Like if u run full ohys dmg team then Kruger becomes way better then any kind of buff.
