I was curiously watching the video but at 28:30 when doctor started saying about how both partners are equally responsible for rape, molestation and all❗, I don't know how to process this, coming from a doctor. I am questioning myself a lot of things right now. I know he is such a gem of a person and i am not saying this to bring him down but i would highly appreciate if he hadn't said that. Other than that, everything about this video is so commendable. We are so grateful to listen to Dr. Rijal. God bless you sir
I had the similar thought, but I soon realized that the context of his speech was actually about the criminal thinking of a person who might be both male and female, which he was unable to adequately address.
What an insightful podcast by the famous Dr. I recall his name as my mom used to mention his name whilst I was a kid when she used to refer relatives to see him. Pleasant surprise to put a face to the name!

Could you also shed some light on the mass exodus of skilled manpower, like doctors, engineers, nurses, etc. ? Also how the Nepal government is willingly propagating this exodus of youth abroad, just so they can get a taste of that "remittance tax".. P.S. Nepal is going to face a huge shortage of doctors and nurses in the coming 5-8 years. Even, reputed and established doctors are flocking abroad..... all the while, the policy makers do nothing to encourage the retention of this skilled man-power... Sahujis and influential doctors are themselves the policy makers and make policies that helps them gain their personal benefits....
