I think you wrote Wrong spelling.. it's hyperplastic placenta...
Rare pathological condition generally associated with severe preeclampsia... In which abnormal increase in number of cells within placenta.. ( like mesenchymal stem villous cell's) this leads to vascular malfunction...
It may results in abnormal dilatation (aneurysm placenta) or thrombosis which further may results in infraction...

I am Indian from Rajasthan,
My friends feel comfortable in Hindi and they need details in English
so I do title in English and explanation in Hindi ...very soon i will start english captions
