I was going through a wilderness and at one point I had to force myself to "Bless the Lord, oh my soul", and go back to reading the Word daily in spite of feeling and apparently getting nothing, and praying with my Bible open because I felt like I had nothing to say so I could just point to God's promises and hope for something to happen. And God renewed me once again like He's done so many times before. This song touches me because as I look back on my life, there were many seasons of despair and confusion and yet I can see God's hand in every situation I faced, allowing many tears to bring me to a saving knowledge of Yeshua, crushing my pride so I can recognize the One true God.

I was anxious, so I was asking the Lord for strength, and also, for a reminder of His presence. So, I remembered this song “Goodness of God” in English. So I was trying to worship the Lord, but it was hard to focus and fix my eyes on Him. So after a day, I found this song played by you guys, and when I heard it my heart rejoiced, and it drew near to the Lord. I had a wonderful time in His presence when I heard this song. And I still hear it and I feel His love. I’m thankful because He didn’t give up on me, and used this song to bring me closer to Yeshua, and in Hebrew!, I found it more special. He knows me well🥹. I'm thankful for you guys. The Lord uses you guys to bring the hearts of His children closer to Him. Praise the Lord for all that He has done! He has shown me His faithfulness with this version of the song, and I’m not in that valley of desperation anymore.
