This song hits about as hard as the other songs. I even now allow what happened in the past to haunt me, and I want to be great, I always have. Years ago I wanted to be great but I had no specific goal and wasn’t even putting in effort. Now I put in tons of effort but still don’t have a concrete goal. I try to brush everything off and put in a confident and cheerful act, be supportive and that stuff; but I’m unsure if I’m actually feeling those because as I was younger, I usually tried to put on a front to where it would just happen on reflex.
