I am looking forward to buy similar to these houses of Homescape Realty but preferring price 50k pesos/sq. m in total flr areas (or either which has bigger with lot area total). Not yet today but my target is within 3 years to purchase it. The following features are; single detached(preferably), 2 to 3 car garage, high ceiling, solar-powered is preferable, with family area upstairs, common t&b upstairs not a problem as long as the master bedroom has its own toilet, double-glazed glass windows, granite tiles at the ground flr., laminated/engineered wood waterproof, anti-warp flooring upstairs, the rest I will have to take a peek, God willing.
