I noticed you leave the knot at the top and cut it off. We always leaves ours at the back to ensure stitches don't slip 🤔

I switched to cutting the knot, you add two little stitches (just like ending a thread) so it stays. I do this because when you get to superimposed designs you don’t have to worry about a knot in the way of your needle.
