I loved this animation so much that I don't know where to begin! For starters, I've always loved how expressive you draw everybody, the little walk animation for Shiver and Frye before the chorus, how much emotion everyone displays. One of my favorite parts is when the chorus starts and Frye unleashes her army of eels, I didn't see that one coming and it looked pretty awesome, Shiver's expression while chasing Big Man, the little nods to all previous splatfests, the fact that you included Off The Hook and even made a fan art for the coming splatfest! I've already replayed this like 10 times and I'm damn sure I'm gonna keep coming back to watch this masterpiece a lot more times! Truly great work! Can't wait to see what else you'll make in the future!
There's very few 2D Splatoon animators out there because it takes a lot of time and effort, but the few that we have go all out and you can tell. This is great and deserves way more attention! Keep it up (but don't rush it)!

The ending with Off the Hook caught me by surprise and I screamed when I saw them. Amazing as always. Love the Splatoween artwork too!!

Off the Hook ft. Flare I chose “Flare” because I think Frye would try to think carefully and creatively, so it won’t seem obvious, like how Ian BGM is literally just an anagram of Big Man. I also thought “Flare”’ sounded cool and firs Frye’s whole theme of heat and warmth as well as her fiery personality
Best sequences i saw for this year, everything of this is awesome, frye and shiver chasing bigman, clearly jelous af and bigman poor guy having troubles, and at the end we have off the hook x3 Awesome^-^
I find it so stupid that shiver and frye hated on big man for collabing with the squid sisters when THEY LITERALLY SANG IN THE CALAMARI INKCANTATION 3MIX 😭
When I first saw the video with the translated lyrics, I laughed when Big Man tried to play it off, saying it wasn't him and how that manta was somebody named Ian BGM. Bruh, that's just his name rearranged XD
