No I did not. I did contact foscam and who told me to return it my sales provider (amazon in this case) which I did, no problems. I also have two FI8910's that work fine and an FI8918 that works fine except the color can be a bit off... not a big deal.
I hav ethe same issue on 2 of these, so annoying, they used to work great.
