My Godfather, "Kuya" Frank, passed away last October after a 4-year long battle with cancer and it struck a familiar feeling in my gut. My Dad passed away when I was 10 and the reailty of losing another father figure really hit me hard.
I wrote this song not about a death or losing someone to an illness, but about wanting to be with someone so bad that you couldn't go another day without them-- but this song spoke differently to my Kuya Frank's wife Ate Rhea. She told me that she listened to this song as if it was Kuya Frank singing to her, fighting for her, and wanting to be there for her through all of this. Thus, the original concept for this video was born and it stuck in my head-- and I pray that this video helps you realize that you are not alone in your struggle, whether it is you or a loved one going through it.
Don't forget to let your loved ones know that you love them... We never know what tomorrow might bring.

My son was just 8 years old but he loves this song very much. I asked him why he loves this song and he answered, " I won't go another day without you, Mommy." He first heard this song while I was playing my fave songs during my weakest point. Sadly, my son passed away last June 16, 2024. This song reminds me of him so much. ILYSM Ares!

Same, way back years ago. I thought we would end for good 'til we realized we can't live without each other's side. We were LDR for more than 3 years then and chasing was like forever after break up. It almost consume us for about half a year. Now, we are back at each other's arms. Stronger than before and happily married- having a family of our own. We hold on to the saying love is way lovelier in 2nd time around.

10 years later, and I'm still here listening to this masterpiece. The amount of memories this song has and the people I remember whenever I listen to this.
I was moved with this song, did not matter 10 years ago but now it makes sense.... my wife 47 years of age, died of malignant melanoma, from the moment we thought that she is doing fine, and would do treatment all over again, its just to frustrating. She never doubted God, up to the end she did a good fight . I was her happily ever after

I remember someone special na kumanta ng song na to but now, im like a stranger to him na. Ngayon ko lang din nalaman ung title at nakita yung lyrics.
