Alex and Marco have that wonderful attribute of their playing; that of a 'vocalist', in that they know the subtle, microtonal bends, inflection and all manner of other technique that makes me identify with emotion, with a relatable 'voice' coming out the instrument. It's an amazing attribute to any musician's playing and especially so if their main gig is solo or as Satriani does; essentially replacing a vocalist with a solo instrument.
Wish you had more recordings Alex. You are absolutely one of my favourite keyboardists. I really enjoy every solo I hear from you. Every note, slur and phrase, literally. I also like the fact that you are using a JD-800, one of my favourite synthesizers.
