Thank you for this review. I am a widow, shopping for a UTV for a 15acre farm and fun. This unit is what I have chosen based on your review and research. I want to add doors and windshields w/wiper.
Welcome back! Glad to see some new videos.
The button with the triangle beside the horn button. When your mudding through a big ol puddle u hold the button down and it shuts traction control off. That button Allows you to rip it hard through the mud. I got a uforce 1000. It's an amazing machine. Love it
Great video. Looking forward to more on the XL. One note though - the driver seat can flip up as well and has a lever at the back of the seat to release it.
You did an awesome job. Keep these videos coming
Gotta love the 12volt outlets for taking a duel 🤺 zone cooler with you on the trail especially in the summer time and you can carry ice creams with you for those really hot 🥵 days
During your test drive, it would be great if you could take a minute to focus on the size vs driveability. These 6 seaters have great appeal to families, but how is the real world trail performance? Normal atv trail turns- can you follow your buddies Teryx or grizzly? Maybe explore that angle in depth.
Many people want to include lots of family but if you can't go on most trails... Or can you? Are these solely dedicated to dirt roads, or are do they have some trail worthyness? How much? Etc.
That is probably the biggest question/concern for the average UTV buyer imo.
Great channel. Thx.
Great comment! Appreciate the suggestions!!
Go big, no problem on atv trails
We go just about everywhere as 2 seater goes . As I run defenders max . But the price point has me loooking to cf moto
Thanks!
Thank you!!
My son has 2022 CF Moto 1000XL with a 6ft blade and I use it to move the snow in my driveway, his driveway and our neighbors drive it is a powerful machine. I have hit something with blade and with it in 4X4 it raised the front wheels off the ground.
May 24 🍻and Dirt Trax is back!!! Now that's Canadian!!! Please hammer out the RUclips videos because I'm always pissed off when the new TV shows run out and you guys switch to Snow Trax 😔. Glad to see you guys back in the Dirt. 👍
Really looking forward to the field test and your review.
Will have it online next week. Stay tuned!
I have a 2020 u force 800. Awesome machine,
Waiting on mine to arrive, I'm just glad someone finally got one and did a walk around. Moving from Yamaha to this unit, and am super excited to use it here on the farm. Love the channel, thank you for the video!
Have you received your cfmoto uforce XL yet?
@@jrgutierrez1479 I have not. They got a shipment of normal Uforce1000s in. Told me they were hoping next round has them.
Another great 👍🏼 review really big thanks 🙏🏼 for this one ☝🏼 a little more affordable six seater, way to go moto looks awesome 😎
Thank you! ✌️
Looks like a good work horse. Like all the other UTV's these aren't meant to be nimble trail rigs. They will sell alot of these and gain a huge market share because they will be affordable, dependable, and their competitors are charging more for less value.
Nice vehicle, I really do like all the storage,
Great review... thank you!!
I have really come to like cfmoto! And when I decide to move on from my yxz the xl is likely what I would go with 😉
What are the key features about this vehicle that interest you?
The room and storage space are great 👍
Yxz to that. Not even close buddy. Yxz is totally better in all ways. What planet is this.
im gonna make ya feel old i watched ya guys when you were on tv so im old now to lol i also know im getting old as i like these 4 door utvs as much as the zforce 950 ho ex
😆
Great first impression and completely agree with the fold down centres nice feature but could be done way better.
It's a clean unit for sure, can't beat the price
Can you provide links to the accessories on this unit? The blinkers and windshield wiper kit specifically. Blinkers do not appear to be standard.
Yes, I'll look these up and will compile a list.
Yeah no blinkers here in Illinois
Hey would y’all try to get a Intimidator UTV and do a review of it? They have a truck series that’s comparable to can-ams defender. Love these in depth reviews of rides that’s not “Name Brand”
Can you get you hands on the redesigned Cfmoto cforce 500? If so can you review it
GREAT JOB
It’s side by side season finally .
Please review the mirror's on your up coming trail riding review. Size, they look big, break away feature when hitting tree branches on a trail.etc. Thank's DT
As I understand it these don’t have “turf mode” for the rear end. When you do the ride/use review can you please talk about how it is with having the rear diff “locked” all the time. I am especially curious if it is an issue with having the longer wheelbase. I know one “wish list” item that folks say about the Yamaha Rmaxx 1000 is they wish it had the option to ride with the rear end unlocked when just getting around at low speeds.
2022 CFMOTO UFORCE models (at least in the US) have an open rear differential that auto locks when needed.
Great video! BTW the driver seat does lift up.
Luke said he was picking out the little things and they weren’t that important, but I disagree.
This is an awesome unit, and the finish quality is on par with the big guys, but that seat belt mount for the front passenger, and lack of padding on the rear metal, are small detail but one that should be considered from a large OEM. Especially with an emphasis on rider/passenger safety, it makes a buyer/owner confident to keep its passengers safe as well.
Easy to overlook because the machine is fantastic in so many ways, but it’s the little things that count. Attention to details like that will keep CFMOTO on track and continue delivering value.
Hello can you please Review Massimo utvs and atvs?
Buying mine today
Awesome!!
Is there any storage under the hood?
Awesome review. Thanks for posting. What are your thoughts about how this unit compares to the Ranger 1000XP and Can Am Defender Max?
I did a full review of this unit on our channel where I draw direct comparisons to these other units. Check it out.
Hey just an FYI they say use your break and leave it in neutral and do not tow with it in park on a trailer every time you stop leave it in neutral
Would like to see A/C with theFull cab enclosure. Gets hot in the south.
Agreed!
Hi!so driver Seat it is adjustable?
Are the turn signals stock on the US models???
It'd a good question though I am not certain.
What front glass windshield with wiper did you get?
Manufacturer
I believe they're from Kimpex
Does it have turf mode?
Great overview. I have a family of 6. Curious on a full load of 6 passengers how this engine performs on uphill inclines. Nothing major but the typical trails?
Yeah don't do it. Get the single cab 1000 and you won't blow your motor. This goes for can am, Polaris, blah blah blah
You won’t have any issues. Contact MSC and get the clutch kit and tune. It made me a believer!!
Holy features batman loaded
I would love to know how quiet it would be if you put doors on it and if it's any less quiet then the Yamaha Wolverine X4
Can't speak to that comparison but it's a V-twin and rumbles real nice. Not sure how quiet do you expect a V-twin to be?
I have a 2016 XP 900 Crew 6 and in some ways they are the same but there clear differences.
like to know where they can be purchased in east texas
CFMOTO has a couple dealers in Texas. They have a dealer locator on their website that you can check out to see which one is closes to you.
Where have you guys been?
Snowmobiling!
Let me add that on my CF Moto 800 Uforce high gear is for extremely light use. You can smell the belt burning if you try to do any lower end driving at all. Even on trails. Low gear is needed for most forms of driving
Did not experience this on the unit I tested.
@@dirttraxtv You are my favorite test group. I go to you for my decisions on units I am interested in. You are correct, as consumers we put our faith in the information you decimate when considering a purchase. Therefore with the cost of these units today it's more important than ever in my opinion to report the good, the bad, and the ugly. For example take a look at the cost of the Honda Pioneer 1000 base unit and then look at what it offers. NOTHING. So if Honda is truly the leader than they should be held accountable for that . As a matter of fact they should be doing what CF Moto is doing by adding a lot of what the customer wants to their units.
Please consider testing the Artic Cat Prowler Pro in the near future. I am really interested in that unit. Especially the power plant. What kind of usable power does it make?
@@dirttraxtv That should have been disseminate not decimate sorry 😂
The regular uforce 1000 is too big and clumsy for me, I can't imagine that in the woods. Give me a uforce 600, my favorite in the cfmoto lineup. Driven everything except the 6 seater from 400 to 1000 and the once those safety bars are gone, it's just like sliding into my pickup.
What is the price on that machine.
How much are they?
Not bad, and it's actually affordable. I'll look into buying one of these
Our friends over at Real Talk Powersports have some good content on this machine as well. Worth checking out.
@@dirttraxtv Tysm! will do
@@dirttraxtv I do have 1 question, If i wanted to add something like a horn switch, or turning indicators where can I buy one that comes with it, or installs it? Some of reviews I saw it didn't come with it
No locking diffs ?
Front diff lock, limited slip rear diff.
Not so sure on the limited slip rear diff. I’ve tried to get confirmation about this but always seem to only find info that says the rear is locked.
@@richh.2022 2021 and prior models had locked rear diff. 2022 UFORCE have limited slip.
the switch beside the horn is an override switch
Hard to pull the dump bed lever when it’s empty. You’ll only dump when something is in the bed.
CFMoto vehicles are made in China by Zhejiang Chunfeng Power Co., Ltd. (a manufacturing company in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province).
Are they designed for china? No.
Exactly
China's goal has always been world domination.....they will if we let them.
All true.....pretty sad the Chinese are now making sxs's and quads that are more dependable than north American manufacturers. Please ask me how I know.
@@jimmydesperado2936 no.
😂JK lol I know Polaris and can-am have both had their fair share of lemons and problems. Polaris is the king of recalls afterall.
Driver seat does flip up
Several glocks and ammo rounds can fit in that back space
Get them to make softer seats
That's not a flasher on my CF Moto
If you want a defender, buy a defender.
Are you these is an off brand defender? I’m honestly new to the utv world
Its a $5k-7k difference for a machine that shares the same manufacturer for their parts. Only difference is the price you pay for the name. It's like deciding between a Toyota or Lexus.
@@Indyman4288 ton more options on this than a defender
Make em' any larger, might as well make them street legal..
Thought u all disappeared!!??
Nah, just been snowmobiling all winter!
You obviously haven't spent much time with the CF Moto Uforce 800 or you would not be talking so overwhelmingly positive about their transmissions. I have the 800 and the abrupt engagement going forward and backward is more than annoying. In fact using it around the farm can be dangerously catastrophic if you are in a tight space and end up launching it into a tree or whatever. Main Street Cycle thankfully has a clutch kit to improve the issue. Why haven't you ever done a review on my machine? You have to test them all to make the statement you made about CF Moto transmissions.
Ah, we are fans of MSC. Watch their videos all the time. Also, we have not had an 800 in a very long time so I would appreciate you not attempting to discredit our experience with this 1000 based on your experience with your 800. Thanks for commenting.
@@dirttraxtv How do you manage to conclude that I am trying to discredit your experience with the 1000 when I am talking about the 800. Plus I am addressing the broad statement you made about CF Motos transmissions. So maybe you need to watch your own review and listen carefully to what you said before you get defensive.
Utv
Looks like a Chinese 🇨🇳 copy of a Can am Defender.
Kinda thought it looked like a Ranger. Probably just looks like a side-x-side...
China's goal has always been world domination.....they will if we let them.
It is....w/o all the issues
It's made in China, folks. And yes, you do get what you pay for...
I've been really impressed with the quality of the 50-inch we got this season. The 2023 models are starting to step up a notch.
Is a good machine I own a CFMOTO it ain't bad interior is nice . But i really like Can Am more but cfmoto and can am are my 2 fav company's for ATV/UTV if I had to pick between a UFORCE 1000 XL or Can Am Maverick X3 I would pick the Can Am. But Glad CFMOTO is getting better
For everyone wondering. DO NOT BUY the XL if you need turning radius. All 4 seat sxs SUCK at turning. We went to with the 3 seat single cab and it's amazing
But if we dont need turning radius would it be a good idea to get the XL? I'm researching on what the best side by side to get for my first one
@@BabbaIsKool It's up to your preference! It fits more people it's just bigger. It a CD moto thing, all 4 seater sxs are just big and long
@@SzymczykProductions Ah I see, tysm!!
