I also bought this in 2019. And today, the head suddenly wont turn. I've been on here trying to find videos about what might be wrong. Great weed eater, and too new to be messing up already. :(
@@jwspotondetailing9527 JW, what happened was the knob to tighten the bottom half, kept coming loose to the point the bottom half slipped about an inch down, and couldn't engage. Thankfully, I only needed to push it back up in there. But, it took me an entire day to figure that out. The knob itself stripped about a month later, because of someone else using it, and tightening it too much every time they'd switch the regular head for the saw head. So I had that replaced this year. It's as good as new again!

Did you grease regularly?
