what I really appreciate is that Chris is willing to educate racers on what's what in building drag bikes. Brock does a great job with stock length foot shift bikes and Chris fills in a lot info on the rest. Thank you Chris!

I would love to see or hear a good comparison of the top standalone ECUs. Basically the types, pros and cons of each, ease of installation, ease of tuning and such. Also a recommendation of when you suggest going with a stand-alone. Thanks for the amazing videos!
Hey man I really like all the free education cause you flat know what your talking about. I got a 2005 Vmax thats putting out 169h.p. at the tire on the ground do you have any videos of tuning on any of those bikes??? Boy this Suzuki is one customer.

So do you think it’s a good idea weather you are dealing with a maxx , Holley , fuel tech , or motec should it be tune on the dyno or could it be done at the track like some tuners recommend , all motor and nitrous ?
For sure! Dyno tune is needed.

Yeah, any motor that you run wide open and just whack the throttle shut with the clutch engaged will smoke. You have the throttle closed and the motor trying to suck air through the intake(which it can’t). It uses the next best thing, which is past the rings and past the valve guide seals.
Pulling in the clutch and letting the motor come back to idle is much easier on all of the engine components. Crankshafts have been snapped in half under such abusive conditions. The more horsepower you produce, the less tolerant your machine will be of such abuses. I’m not being critical, just trying to help. I have been doing this for over 50 years.
Also can't wait for the 2020 gsxr 1000 quarter mile with nitrous!!!!!

It pulls a vacuum on the exhaust for the o2 sensor. Basically it makes the sensor get the best reading possible.

Can you tell us what kind of power a bike in general can put out ? 250 hp motor and 100 shot just in general ? A 2 battery set up is a 24 volt setup ! I had one on my hayabusa 1397cc.

He said the 2x6 stroker real street was 250 on the first stage and another 50 shot on a button. Same for this I would guess.
@@thesuperstuff 3×6 stroker is 220 on motor on a 1000, which makes it a 1200 cc bike. 200 shot & 50 as a scramble. So 420 horses & 50 shit hits the fan button. I believe the grudge bikes are about the same on motor but I believe they spray more. I think so anyway 💁🏾♂️🤷🏾♀️.
