I just bought one today for $49.99. (ITC Member’s Price this month) I already put a coat of gray Rustoleum High Performance Enamel on the pieces, and tomorrow I’m doing a coat of Rustoleum American Accents Gloss Dark Gray, so it will look like the Slate Gray U.S. General carts .I’ll be painting the handle Gloss Black, and pop rivet a couple of the HF Magnetic Bars on the outside of the shelf sides. I might just get the U.S. General flip-up shelf for the end opposite the handle, as the bolts are the same spacing (14.5”). In the trays themselves, I will be using the 22” wide solid tray liner, scored and folded up 3” on the sides, and held in with Super 77 adhesive. Should be a fun little cart!
Thanks for saving me a trip to the store. I'm a stickler for following directions even though I did figure they changed the hardware without changing the manual. I believe I faired better on the paint with my purchase.
I wouldn’t doubt that. Most companies will contract with the Chinese factory that can produce to spec. at the lowest cost or the same one if they can lower the cost somehow.

I just got one and when I watched your video it is totally different. There are two bags of different size nuts and bolts etc.
