Hey Marcus, you should look into the company melanzana in Leadville Colorado. They have an open floor concept where you are trying clothing items on directly in front of where they make the clothing. Wouldn’t think it’s too weird to have customers walking past desks especially considering most of your customers know you/the brand and where you came from
I studied Fashion and currently work at Nike and cannot agree more with Clay! It is so different and exciting working in this industry; I have pushed myself to get where I am and it’s tiring but so worth it. Finding the right fit for the team is so important! Great way of wording it Shawn! I look forward to all these videos! 😊👏🏼
How did you find the transition from school --> Nike from a product standpoint? I imagine the design review process in a place so large is quite brutal?
@@marcusmilione1 School set the foundation I needed when it came to Product Creation. But it was quite a change especially my workload being so large. From a Merchandising standpoint we have to go through so many gates to get the product to consumer (merch, product, design, color, etc )and there are always strong opinions when there are so many people touching the product. ACG and Nike SB were my main areas and Nike Life. Which are more niche so design review was hard but worth it when I see my ideas coming out for this FAHO24 Szn! Huge fan of all your work! I love wearing Minted New York on Nike campus ! 😊

There’s something so special about those raw shots of Marcus or Shawn running on the track. No cuts. No music. Beautiful!
🙏🙏
People make the difference, glad he’s along for the Minted journey
