As a Brit, there aren't many of these that actually look like football (soccer) shirts. In Europe, you don't tend to get a lot of horizontal stripes, more vertical as with the Redwings shirt. You do get horizontal stripes a bit more in South American football though. The Penguins one was one of the more authentic looking ones. You would need a kit sponsor on each shirt (in the middle of it, not at the bottom) and the shirt manufacturers logo in there as well. It's an interesting concept though!
Also, with the ads, I kinda went back and forth with them, because as an European, I don't know the main sponsors for lot of teams :D I started with having them for everyone, but then I ended up removing some, and eventually most of them:

I think Seattle. Is the best I like the re done anchor logo. Better that the original. Also the primary logo. Looks Awesome on the Jersey and that color of green looks good
Great exercice! Soccer and hockey uniforms and traditions are so different. My favourites are Seattle, Tampa, San Jose, Pittsburgh, Calgary and Edmonton. For some of concepts, I’d like more balance of all the elements. Overall good job Owava! Looking forward for your next series. Why not the MLS in hockey jerseys!

As a Penguins fan from Western Pennsylvania, not a fan of the Penguins jersey idea. I would have the current Penguins logo in the upper left chest part and a black and gold checkerboard pattern on the bottom, in homage to the city logo. The rest of the jersey should be black or gold.
Yeah as a Flyers fan, i really do not like that. Unfortunate because when we went to Prague for the Global Series there was a really nice PFHC (Philadelphia Flyers Hockey Club) shield made in the style of an FC shield. Had that soccer jersey utilized that on one side instead of lazily mirroring the regular crest, i actually would have liked it. Also, they used the orange mono on an orange background which, again, feels lazy. Black mono on orange background, orange mono on black. Just overall looks bad, and disappointing considering it could have looked a lot better had they simplified with the shield or proper mono logo and not mirrored.

Ok im from a veryyy soccer based family these kits (jerseys) are mote fit for rugby. So you made rugby kits. Sorry i cannot see these as soccer kits. Just look over in premere league and la Liga or seria a 3 very heavy European soccer leagues there kits are super simple but there logo is very over zealous. Good team to look at for team design is real Madrid kits. There kit is plain jane white but there logo is over designed. So these are mostly would be good for rugby. Not soccer
I’m not being negative, what I am trying to say is that he took a chance, these are just concepts, they don’t have to be realistic, and I think the designer did a good job with that
I'm surprised that Adidas hadn't done something similar to this, as the design of soccer jerseys is more befitting their core ethic. Because let me tell you, Adidas is NOT!! A!! HOCKEY!! COMPA... aaah, you get the idea.
I don't care for the San Jose jersey. Teal and orange are not our colors, teal and black are. That looks more like a Miami Dolphins jersey to me. I think a black jersey with a teal trim/texture would've been the way to go, similar to the pink and black mexico jerseys from a while back. Orange has never been a heavy element in Sharks branding, at the absolute most it's used as a highlight.
I've been saying that for a while but I wouldn't crucify the designer on it too much because he/she is only using the assets given plus probably previous videos and marketing material from social media.
For Ottawa, just move the building to the arm sleeves.
I would love to see how they would get away with the shorts for the NYR one 😅
