    Amazing video as always! Just a dumb question: what's the difference between compressive myelopathy and spinal cord compression? (08:08) I understand that they both relate to the spinal cord being compressed - but in terms of complications, they won't have different clinical manifestations?

    My rheumatologist said you can get RA in the facet joints of the lumbar spine as it has synovial fluid.
