Yeah, it can be tough. My suggestion would be wait until you have enough food. You'll need to heal yourself and your pets to battle the Ancient and do rune runs. It's worth it in the Arena!

It sunk back bc the world is no longer in imbalance bc the ancient is back, but when prodigy finally ends it’s story it should happen that the entire game is for you to progress with your own account and not like with other players, but before you defeat the puppet master the titan ground is only accessible to players who didn’t finish prodigys full story and harmony island should sink after you finally banish the puppet master until the next new element comes and the story progresses with other players again
