I’ve had scoliosis and had to wear two braces and then go through surgery. Scoliosis does get worse very quickly especially in teenage years. My advice is to resistance train (weight train) so your back has the strength to curve less. Exercise helped mine not get worse but mine was servere. If you exercise your weaker sides you can prevent your scoliosis from getting worse a lot easier than I did before it’s too late. Keep making good videos!
