    Now you stretching up--this is funny; buddy--In my martial art; don't go back on your leg like you do--go FORWARD. Yes--let gravity carry your front leg forward as it will. Try to land on your opposite leg on muscle. Stretch your favored punching arm out as you fall--this is where the force comes from. Aim for solar plexus--NOT GROIN!) Srón (Prow) punch. Wait--don't throw punches in roda unless you wanna die; right?!

      Essentially an aerobics lunge; but BACKWARDS. Amhráhn is WEIRD. Did you try the move? Did you notice right afterwards you can go into any ground kick you want? Relogio, S-Dobrado...that funky twisty kick Mark Dascascos did in Only The Strong...just make sure you kick with your BACK leg that's on the ground, for more force. Not the leg that's bent (knee almost in your face; notice? There's a reason for that--guarding. You block with knees and shins. Your shin guards you as you recover from the punch. Just reverse your movement--gravity brings you UP back into your stance/ginga (if you curve your back leg). Glad to see you doing okay, friend! Axé!

      Actually...a LOT of you stretching is like moves in my art. Get ready to laugh--Your legs are spread out but arms on the ground; yeah? Brace yer favored arm. Now swing both those legs across in front of you. We call that Spawning. FEIRCE! Its Armado but not air. I guess.
