That mermaid was never Roxy, it was Valtor
Roxy is a character that got kidnapped by Valtor long ago and now you get to meet the real one that is evil because her friends never looked for her

In my series winx experiences another story, I add new powers, new transformations to make the story as original as possible, from Aisha's point of view I don't want her to be just a wave fairy, because she is a fairy who deserves more, that has the power of water and not just waves.
