    The fact that Go High Level streamlines contracts AND automates follow-ups is wild. Anyone still sending contracts manually is living in 2010. Get with the future!

    I reported a lot a problems i found for documents section. for example: two signatures should be accepted, same contact into the same template. Docs dont let the customer sign twice (different section) same customer, same doc. Another one: Some documents required two applicants in the same doc, and the idea is after filling a form, with two emails, two applicants, that should be work like with just one single applicant. Automations should allow to send it to two recipients, the only way is adding manually the second applicant into the doc. This is so important to fix. There are more problems i found in docs that dont let me move forward with a client who wanna use this instead those other providers.

    please make it so you can just text it to a person via text even if they do not have an email. Also allow it to be sent via text in the automation .. It would be a game changer

    In the Documents and Contracts Settings, we can turn on automatic invoicing now. Do I still need to create a workflow to send the invoice? If not, how do I know which template it's going to use for the invoice? We need clearer instructions and explanation of how its actually working behind-the-dashboard. Thanks!

      A workflow won't be needed. The default template in Settings of Invoice is the one that is used.

    What are the Text Fields (Fillable Fields) used for normally? I was thinking originally initials, but there is a separate option for that.

      It's if you needed something custom that the other options don't provide, you can use Custom Values within those Text Fields for example.
