Antelope Canyon is stunning! Looks like it's a great tour + side trip from Vegas! Thanks for the info + video!

It was indeed a long tour, lasting over 10 hours, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I was fortunate to have encountered two very professional tour guides. Since I didn't have to drive to the site myself, I actually felt quite rested during the bus ride. In fact, I had enough energy to enjoy other entertainment late into the night after the tour. It's definitely a worthwhile side trip from Vegas! Thanks Jimmy!

One more thing @gloriaachiamaah4657, I forgot to mention in the video that the best views were on the right side of the bus.

Hi! Great video! I will going there in November and would bring my Mom. My concern is there a lot of walking? She can walk but a bit slow. Thank you.

@jem1848, I believe the Lower Antelope Canyon involves more challenging hikes with stairs and ladders. Also, if you're looking to take pictures with Mommy under those magical light beams, I believe that's a feature of the Upper Antelope Canyon. For Horseshoe Bend : (watch 03:58) they will only give you an hour to go down and come back up. The walk doesn't look very steep, but it is a bit of a long hike for elderly. At (03:49), you will see there is a shaded bench at an early mid-point where she may be able to sit down and enjoy the view (prepare a bottle of water for her) if you want to run down and take a quick look.
From arriving by bus all the way to the entrance of the canyon was easy. The longest walk of the trip was towards the end (07:16). They didn't have any transportation to take you back to the jeep. I would call and check if they can arrange golf carts or even have tours specifically for elderly visitors. I hope you have a blast with your mom on your upcoming trip!

@@jem1848 Thank you so much! Have a lot of fun and take more pictures. By the way, if you're a fan of hotel rewards traveling, I’ve shared some tips and experiences in this video at Vegas (ruclips.net/video/CcZUmvXIvAg/видео.html). I don't encourage people to apply for credit cards in rush just to get the perks. You will always need few months to spread out the minimum spend with your normal expenses. You can skip the rest of the details and just pay attention to the point redemption part and see if it may be something useful for your trip. Good luck on the trip!!

Thanks for stopping by @jem1848. I went to the Upper Canyon, Horseshoe Bend Tour from Las Vegas with Lunch : nationalparkexpress.com/antelope-canyon/upper-antelope-canyon-horseshoe-bend-tour-from-las-vegas-with-lunch/. I didn't visit the Lower Canyon, so I couldn't tell you which one is better. Sorry about that.

is horse shoe bend worth it as from your video it does not look as good as photos they show

Thanks for stopping by @spiritofscouse : I used a wide-angle lens, so the scene might not appear as breathtaking as the professional pictures you've seen online. In my view, if it's on your route to Antelope Canyon, it is a good stopover. The same goes for a bus tour. However, if you're in a hurry to get to Antelope Canyon and trying to fit Horseshoe Bend into a tight schedule, I wouldn't recommend it.

Crowds are almost impossible to avoid! 😅 The time I visited was already during a less busy period. One tip I found useful is to stay at the end of the tour and take pictures facing backward instead of rushing to go forward. Thanks for stopping by @argyle83!
