Are your pictures backed up in any way possible? You could try to use some data recovery tools on mac os or windows. If you can't, there might be some businesses out there that will get your pics off the phone. Also sorry to hear about your dog.

Wiped cache partition and ultimately ended up doing a wipe data factory reset and my phone is still just a brick. S22 ultra. Was trying to hold out for the s25 ultra but Samsung said nope
@@AA10izcool Resetting android phone doesn't reinstall android it only clears all data and restore default settings and rebuilds the partition table The way to reinstall android is getting the device in download mode then getting stock firmware form the website and plugging the device in and using Odin to restore the factory firmware to reinstall

Im quite sure it must be an issue inside your power button something may have gotten in and is holding the power button boot looping your phone You have to take it to a phone repair store unfortunately

This phone had some core system apps deleted so wiping the cache wouldn't help here

Unfortunately, this method won't work then (to my knowledge). Your best bet would be to take it to a repair shop and get the buttons fixed
It worked then after a day or two its back to rebooting loop. I reinstalled apps, half of internal storage used then rebooting starts again
