I made this for dinner and added red and orange bell pepper to the mix. I had to use my blender because it wasn’t deep enough for my Emersion blender. I also added char grilled chicken at the end and it was delicious! Served it with a salad and crusty hot bread with garlic herb butter. This will be added to my rotation of meals. Thanks for sharing!

I cooked a diced tomato in some butter, adding some water too ; plus oregano, garlic and onion flakes, and a spoonful of chilli paste (+ salt and pepper). I also added some tomato paste and a lot of cream, then blended everything before adding mozzarella and cooked pastas in. A pure delish !
bake tomatoes and garlic in olive oil at 180°C for 30 minutes, then add some cream, blend it, add the pasta with some pasta cooking water and you're done add cheese and seasoning as desired there ya go

I make this a lot it is quick and it is just delicious it's just so good there's a lot of different ways that you can do these things with the pasta and the tomatoes and the garlic you know there's a lot of different ways you can add chicken of course you guys already know all that but this is really a good idea it's really tasty😊
