I work in construction in Australia, most of my workmates and my boss are Lebanese, Indians, Iraqis, Pakis and Irish. We recently added a Russian to the ethnic melting pot of our company. My Lebanese boss is loud, boisterous and tends to call everyone a donkey, or a wide choice of Lebanese insults. I'm used to it, and laugh it off and get on with my work. The Russian bloke who worked with us recently, he had been working in UK on building sites, where no one talks to their workers like my boss does (apparently). So it was a culture shock for him being called a donkey or sharmoota or etc several times a day every day. By the end, he couldn't hack it and fled back to UK, despite my attempts to reason with this bloke and tell him to brush it off and get on with the job. The day he left, he literally had a melt down like Mr G. My ultimate goal in life is to have a fullscale meltdown like Mr G and tell a boss to "shove it up his arse", though I have told many bosses to shove it up their arse and walked off site, though not like this
