- What do you get when you mix a 2002 pair of Air Jordan 8 Bugs Bunny and Vick Almighty? An almost ruined restoration project! Well, it would've been ruined if it was anyone other than Vick Almighty. These shoes required a lot of work, from a deep clean to a repaint, deoxidation, material trim and reglue. One thing to learn from Vick is to not stick shoes from before 2004-5 in the Laundry System for fear of damaging them. Let this be a learning experience for all of you. It looks to me like a uv light in a box with reflective sides shouldn't be to hard to make get a box a uv light and some aluminum foil and your good to go

Hey, I ordered the 3 Piece Starter Kit and when it arrived at my house the bottle was nearly empty and the bag filled with solution. This is my first time ordering and I'm disappointed.

Yeah heard some people talking about bristles falling off, hasn't happened to me but some bristles are bending/

Had the same issue with the bottle as well. The deal wasn't attached well. Half the bottle leaked out. They sent a replacement and same with that bottle. Shoe trees are another problem as the parts that go into the holes for adjustment need to be longer as they easily pop out of the holes. Quality control seems to be a major issue with their products

I also found that if you have a wash machine with the Hand Wash setting like MayTag which doesnt have a spin cycle the shoes dont tend to take as much damage as the normal cycle

Aye can someone help everytime i repaint my fire red 3s i use 5 to 6 coats of white and 4 to 5 of fire red with the krylon matte and they still cracked
remove paint
Well preparation is key, so maybe you didn’t remove all the factory finish and paint from the shoes, then when you paint they are supposed to be thin coats cause thick ones will make em crack easier and quicker. Then when you add the finisher to your paint job you gotta give the shoes time to cure which could be a day or 2
With the krylon matte you have to use fast and light swipes to avoid cracking
