I’ve made a perfect seamless loop in video editor. It’s loops perfectly but when it loops on the Instagram reel there is still a slight freeze at the beginning? Has anybody found a solution for this ? Very frustrating ! Instagram sort this out for gods sake

I think I am going crazy. I made a perfect loop in premiere, but when I upload it on instagram it make a little break when is starting over, but there is no pause in the video and when I play it in loop in premiere is perfect. I have tried to cut the last part and put at the beginning with a transition but it's the same. I don't know what to do, if anybody could help it will be very appreciated cause is making me really upset and I am wasting much time because of a stupid app. If it was not for work I would have already give up but is important for my job to solve this.

I don't have all that fantasy stuff and I wouldn't know how to just loop my video. It's like 10 seconds or something? How do I just make it keep playing? I don't get it.
Here's the issue I'm having - I can edit a perfect loop in Premier, but when I go to upload to insta, there is a subtle fade in and out of the audio. So the first and last hits of the audio do not sound right. There's either a "clicking" sounds, a stutter, or a subtle fade in and out which ruins the loop. Any idea?
I gave up my email for a guide but what I got was links to watch video samples which could have been linked here T_T And in the email, was the link to THIS video. What a fool was I made to be.

Wouldn't it be even better if you line up key points of the music with jump cuts to add 'fake ends of the loop' to make the real one blend in?

I myself have gotten better at seeing these seamless loops I can detect them with 90% accuracy
