....... why do inches even exist? Hear me out, almost everything in the world is manufactured in mm, cm, m, etc. so when I'm gonna measure some furniture or something its like exactly 500mm or 19.877364786324876 inches. Why we gotta be like this? If I see a bolt that needs loosening, is it in inches, or am I about to rummage through my tool chest looking for a socket that doesn't *almost* fit but is slightly large enough to slip and strip the bolt head? Why does their need to be 50000000 different variables when I see a hex bolt that needs loosening? That's all haha thanks for watching too

right? there are too many standards. i know, let's make a "universal standard" to combine all of these different stand- ohhh.
although inches exist exclusively to confound and enrage europeans, it's actually very nice to have a unit about two and a half cm. far more natural than the inch is the foot as so many things in daily life are ~30cm. of course, the best unit is the acre, it efficiently describes how much value one can get out of the land (or how many kids / farmhands you'll need)

This’ll be more efficient if you zip up the zip-lock bags with almost all of it under water, because it forces excess air out of the bag. It isn’t quite a vacuum like you’d get in a vacuum sealer, but it’s the next best thing.

It looks like he started the timer when the water got to 136F, but he should have had a thermometer inside the turkey and started it when the inside of the turkey reached that temperature.

This is great! haha got me wondering if a thermoelectric cooler would've sped up the process. Basically hook up the liquid coolant to the hot side and the cold side to your components. I know that those coolers actually produce higher temps than pc equipment on the hot and are able to cool a fairly decent amount. Maybe you could try it if Microcenter wants to throw another computer at you. Great video, homie, cheers!
