Hilux immobilizer ECU replacement. (key transponder ECU )

you need remove dash see location.after replacing transponder key ECU you need to cut new key and program it.

hi everybody! i bought a brand new ECU for my car with the same part number as old one,but i dont know if the new ECU"s come out from factory with the software already written on it ,or first it need to be downloaded by a garage technician, and after programmed to my car??? for programming its enough if i have the security code of my car? yhx!

You usually need to get the new ECU reprogramed to old key

I have a question my immobilizer got wet and corroded if I replace new immobilizer from the dealer do I have to replace key coil amplifiers and ecu or just immobilizer and new key .any help well be appreciate it

New immobilizer and new key do I need to reprogram to ECU ? I really don’t know how immobilizer work please explain . For example if I get a use steering column with key and immobilizer from the same truck and I replace with my old one will my truck run without reprogram? Thank you

You can't use old keys (registered key)

If you lost all keys .you need to replace imbilize ECU and keys and reprogramming keys
