im sure the illuminated images isnt only the projector. He uses some kind of glass or transparent sheet to capture the light on one plane and make it look more visible, thus making an illusion that the light shines on one place. Dope images though and great effects. I just wanted to clear things up. please comment if you think otherwise though.
I suppose you could be right - but only because the images did not change distance. But the beams converge to make images - they cross at that focal distance.
EDIT: Absolutely right. Fooled me. Can see clearly at :15s
Watching again, it's like a transparent plasma display with THRU-RAYS from a projector.
STILL PLENTY DRAMATIC. I think that would be an amazing story telling medium.
At 1:38 you can see the drop down acrylic screen used at the focal point to create the images. Very COOL!
It's actually a mesh screen. Laser designers have also used water and fog to project images on.

Look fake. how can the laser stop in mid-air and create an image in the air ??? yes with smoking, but that's not what I see in the video. In the video I see that the projected image is only in one point in the center between projector and camera in the air. how can it be? do you have a sheet of glass maybe?

Hi, I used our 3W RGB laser projector. Back projected on to a mesh screen I built, some haze and software controller.

What software did you use for this masterpiece? I’m looking into what to use myself and it seems like software for laser shows is still an unsolved problem with lots of stuff left someone would wish for
